Lishe Kwa Mtoto is a flagship child nutrition programme under the Ray of Hope Foundation, dedicated to ensuring no child is left behind because of hunger. Every school day we provide nutritious porridge and balanced meals to over 8,000 children across vulnerable communities in Kenya.
By fighting hunger we improve concentration, school attendance, dignity, and hope. With just KES 130 (~$1), you can feed a child for an entire week.

Lishe Kwa Mtoto launched in West Pokot County with a heartfelt mission: to help children attend school regularly by providing nutritious meals in arid and underprivileged regions. Full tummies, bright futures.
We expanded to 28 schools across West Pokot and Trans Nzoia counties, providing nutritious daily meals to over 8,000 pupils — thanks to partners, volunteers, and faithful supporters.
Now at 30 schools and aiming for 45 by year's end, we warmly invite partners and well-wishers to walk alongside us — helping nourish young minds and create brighter futures.
Our target is to serve 45 schools and over 12,000 children daily, expanding into new counties and launching community kitchen training programmes at every site.
